Ride the Tramuntana
Rebuild your Resilience
A 5-Day Cycling Retreat in Sóller, Mallorca. Spring 2027.
An invitation for those who lead and recover with intention
You know how to push. You know how to perform under pressure, day after day, decision after decision. What you are looking for now is not another challenge to conquer, it is a way back to your own natural rhythm.
Elluna Escapes brings its philosophy of resilience, movement, and restoration to one of the most storied cycling landscapes in Europe: the Serra de Tramuntana. Over five days, a small group of twelve guests will climb, descend, recover, and reconnect, based from a boutique address in the heart of Sóller.
This is not a race. It is not a spa holiday either. It is both, held in balance.
The Experience
The Tramuntana is one of cycling’s most respected training grounds, a UNESCO World Heritage mountain range of hairpin climbs, coastal roads, and valleys scented with orange blossom. It rewards effort with some of the most spectacular riding in Europe, and it rewards recovery just as generously.
Each day of climbing is deliberately paired with restoration: a boutique base to return to, thoughtful food, and a recovery massage to help your body absorb the effort rather than simply endure it.
Everything is included, from your airport transfer to your final massage, with the sole exception of flights.

Arrival
Private airport transfer to Sóller. Bike fitting and setup with our local partners. Settle into your suite at Can Verí, in the heart of Sóller’s historic centre. An easing-in evening to meet the group before the riding begins.
The Valldemossa Loop
57 km · 1,000 m elevation gain
A coastal road route through Deià and on towards Valldemossa, before turning inland for the 61 hairpin bends of the Coll de Sóller. Three categorized climbs, Mediterranean views the entire way, and a proper first test of legs and lungs.
Sóller Valley & Resilience Coaching
24 km · 540 m ascent/descent · gravel and quiet lanes
A gentler day through the Sóller Valley, past the Mirador de Ses Barques and into Fornalutx, widely considered one of Spain’s most beautiful villages. The afternoon is reserved for a resilience mindset coaching session, working with the same mental discipline you rely on in the boardroom: pacing yourself under pressure, staying clear-headed when it counts, and recovering with intention rather than by accident.
Sa Calobra, the Infamous Serpent
75 km round trip · 2,000 m elevation gain · 26 hairpins in 9.5 km
The climb every serious cyclist knows by name. Built in 1932 as a feat of engineering, the road to Sa Calobra descends to a turquoise cove before demanding an honest climb back out. This is the day the retreat is built around, met in full by a group that has trained for exactly this kind of effort, together.
Rest, Restore, Return
A true rest day. A recovery massage session with an external physical therapist, time at your own pace, a final morning to enjoy Sóller, before your transfer back to the airport.
Where you'll stay
A collection of boutique suites inside a restored historic Mallorcan townhouse on Sóller’s central square. High ceilings, handcrafted wood furniture, and locally sourced materials throughout, with breakfast included each morning. You’ll have full autonomy to come and go as you please, in the middle of a town built around an orange-tree valley.
Choose to share a twin suite with a fellow guest, or reserve a private room of your own.

Where you'll dine
Evenings are spent at two of Sóller’s most respected tables: Luna36, for Mediterranean cooking with an Italian touch and fresh pasta made in an open kitchen, and Ca’n Boqueta, for seasonal, sustainable Mallorcan cuisine rooted in local produce, set inside a restored Mallorcan house with views of the Tramuntana.
For a slower evening, Sa Granja, on Sóller’s main square, for Mallorcan wine among locals.

The bikes
Ride with Kilometro Cero and Tramuntana Tours, Sóller’s specialists in premium road cycling. Choose a road bike from brands such as Pinarello, Colnago, Specialized, or Bianchi, or an electric bike if you would rather meet the Tramuntana on your own terms.
Routes are yours to ride at your own pace, with support nearby for the climbs that demand it. You do not need to be a competitive cyclist to belong on this trip. You need the will to try.

Who this retreat is for
This retreat is built for high-performers, entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals who already understand discipline in their working lives and want to bring that same intention to their physical and mental resilience. Cycling enthusiasts will find themselves genuinely challenged. Newer riders will find themselves genuinely supported. Everyone will find the space to disconnect from the pace they left behind.
Return grounded, capable and reinvigorated
By the final evening, you will have climbed one of Europe’s most storied roads, recovered in a place built for it, and shared the effort with a small group of people who understand exactly why you came.
That is resilience, refined by nature and strengthened by experience.
